Cheese Ball
Ingredients:
Three small (3 ounce) packages of cream cheese
One small (4 ounce) package crumbled blue cheese
1 jar of cheese spread – Kraft Old English is one possibility
One small onion that has been finely grated
Two tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix them together. This may require that you get your hands dirty as the different cheeses can be difficult to stir.
Divide the cheese mixture into two evenly sized balls. Roll them into medium-sized balls and wrap them tightly in plastic wrap. Place these in the refrigerator and leave them there overnight.
Just before serving, remove the Cheese Ball from the refrigerator and take them out of the plastic wrap. Roll these in chopped nuts, dried seasoning or whatever is appealing to you. The Cheese Ball can be served with crackers; remember to serve it with a knife to make it easier for your guests to cut some of the cheese off the ball.
